Scott Rojo, Branch Manager
Scott Rojo's tenure spans over 18 years in the mortgage industry where he has managed both sales and operations. Scott began his career as an intern for one of the largest and most successful brokerage firms in Sacramento. After gaining his initial experience there, he began his full-fledged career in mortgage banking. Thereafter, Scott became one of the top producing performers within the company.
Scott spent the next eight years working with various local mortgage banking firms in Sacramento. Through his tenure at these companies he funded billions of dollars in residential mortgages. He has created lasting relationships with his staff and industry leaders.
After his start in mortgage banking, Scott then utilized his entrepreneurial skills and elected to take over a number of startup mortgage banking companies in Sacramento. Through Scott’s career, his business relationships and production accomplishments would propel him to the next level by becoming one of Sacramento’s top producing managers within the Sacramento area.
Scott has chosen to take his skill and successful track record to the Rojo Mortgage Team at UWL where he has now to manage a successful branch in El Dorado Hills.

Madison Henry, Team Lead
Madison has been in the real estate industry since 2011 and has done everything from real estate processing, closing, loan modifications and more. She holds her NMLS and Real Estate license.
The best part about her job, Madison says, is that she loves to help families accomplish goals.
Originally from the Bay Area, she has lived in the Sacramento area since 2004. She resides in Carmichael with her husband and two daughters. She loves California and says she will never move.
Her dream day would be surrounded by friends in family with good drink, food and dancing.
