As many of you know, social media advertising has played a HUGE part in the upbringing of UWL and my personal branding and we are excited to offer something extremely valuable to all of our Loan Officers!
On September 25, starting at 10 AM, we will be setting up a production in the Downtown office for you to record a video strictly about refinancing. Our marketing team will have the setup and script for every LO’s video prepared before your arrival. All loan officers videos will look the same, but will attract different audiences depending on your current social media. An example of what the finished product will look like is below.
Please be advised that the UWL Marketing Team will completely take care of all logistics. If you do not have a Facebook Business Account, Sway- videographer and ad work specialist, will work directly with you in creating one and be setting up ALL the ads for you. There is no cost for recording your videos! All you need to do is simply show up the day of to record!
If this is something you would like to take advantage of, please respond to this email and our Marketing Director, Evi, will make sure you are set up in a time slot before you record your video and answer any questions. This is not required but highly recommended and a great tool to utilize.
Please review the logistics below: Landing page Once we record your video, we will create a landing page specifically for you that will be called "www.refinancewith(yourname).com." When the consumer watches your videos and swipes/ clicks on the button in your ad, it will direct them to a page that looks like: THIS. The consumer will fill out their information on your landing page and it will be directed to your email inbox generating leads and clientele.
Pricing and target audience Below is the recommended target audience and pricing based on our analytics of refinance ads in the past. Each LO is responsible for payment of their own ads.
Audience:
Each LO will choose one of the following options for their ad audience: 1. LO's followers on FB and IG 2. Friends of their followers 3. Both option 1 and option 2 *We recommend option 3 for a larger reach. Each option is dependent on how much the LO wants to spend. Please keep in mind, choosing a broad audience (ex. all of California) vs. the 3 options above can result in cold traffic. This is the reason we chose the 3 options above.
Budget:
Each LO will choose one of the following options for their budget:
Recommended budget for LO followers targeting: $2/day. About $60 a month
Recommended budget for LO friends of their followers: $5/day. About $150 a month
Recommended budget for both options 2 and 3: $7/day. About $210 a month.
*Recommend option 3 for a larger reach and results
Reach:
Daily reach for targeting just LO’s followers: dependent on how many followers
Daily reach for targeting friends of followers using $5-7/day: 433 - 1.3K people in any desired area.
These ads will be running on both FB and IG newsfeeds and stories. All we will need is access to your Facebook Business Manager and we will take care of the rest.
